We are delighted to say that we are ‘all good to go’ and ready to welcome you again.
We understand that the last few months have created a lot of uncertainty for holiday makers but we are really looking forward to welcoming you back. While we have always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare the apartments for your arrival, we have since updated our operating procedures and are allocating extra cleaning time between guests to disinfect and sanitise all high-touch surfaces. To limit interaction, we ask you to follow the instructions in your arrival email to find the key for accessing your apartment. Additionally, you’ll find a wall mounted hand sanitising unit just inside the front door which we hope you will use after entering or leaving the property. We are committed to ensuring you have a fantastic stay and are always available if you need additional information.
Here are a few changes of the changes we have made which will stay in place until the Government give us an update:
Arrival time: 5pm
Due to extra cleaning and disinfecting required by the housekeeping team, we ask that you do not arrive before 5pm and leave no later than 9am on your day of departure. Each apartment will have had a deep clean, followed by a complete disinfectant spray by a commercial fogging machine between the housekeepers leaving and you arriving. If you arrive early, you would be welcome to sit in the garden or go for a walk until the apartment is ready but that will not be until 5pm.
Departure time: 9am
On your departure, we ask that you do the following:
- Leave all windows and internal doors open to allow fresh air to circulate
- Remove bed linen and towels and put in bag provided, ready for the housekeeper. Please leave the mattress and pillow protectors for the housekeeper to remove as they are washed independently.
- Bag up and remove all refuse and recycling and leave in the commercial bins provided in the car park.
- Return your key to the key safe where it will be disinfected for the next guests. Please do not return it to Reception.
We are delighted to say that C-Bay will be open every day from 10am – 9pm offering our usual menu. Don’t forget our ‘2 for 1’ cocktail offer between 5-7pm every day but please make sure you book a table if you wish to eat inside the restaurant.
Crantock Bay Spa:
Crantock Bay Spa is now open again but only offering body and nail treatments. Sadly, the pool is not available to those not staying in the apartments, so we cannot offer Spa Days. We do have a stock of retail products though, so please let us know if you would like any treats while you are here.
Following Swim England guidelines on the safe use of private swimming pools, we will be operating a booking system for each apartment to use the pool between the hours of 8am and 5pm. These sessions will be for the use of one apartment at a time and for a maximum of 45 minutes, leaving us time to disinfect the pool area for the next apartment.
The tennis court will be open as usual but we ask that guests bring their own equipment. A booking system will be place for this so please call us on 01637 830229 once you are here or email email@example.com to book your time.
