1. How do I book an apartment with Crantock Bay Holidays?

You can browse our available apartments online and book directly through the website. Once you’ve chosen your dates, follow the booking process and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. However, if you would like to speak to an actual person, please do just give us a ring! (01637 830229)

2. What is included in the price of my stay?

All apartments are self-catering and fully equipped with kitchens, linens, towels (except swimming towels) Wi-Fi, and have free access to the indoor heated pool. spa bath and tennis court. Utilities and VAT are included in the price – there are no hidden extras.

3. Are the apartments dog-friendly?

Yes, many of our apartments welcome well-behaved dogs. When browsing apartments, simply look for the “dog-friendly” label. Please note that there is an additional £40 cleaning charge per dog, per stay.

4. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4:00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00am on the day of departure. This allows our housekeeping team enough time to prepare the apartments for the next guests.

5. Is there parking available?

Yes, each apartment has at least one allocated parking space included in your booking, some with personal EV charging points. Just look out for the icon on each property.

6. Do you provide cots and highchairs?

Travel cots and highchairs are available on request – please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure they’re ready for your arrival.

7. Can I stay for a short break, or do I have to book a full week?

We offer both weekly stays and short breaks (usually a minimum of 3 nights), depending on the time of year. Availability for short stays is shown during the booking process.

8. Is there a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 12 weeks before your arrival. The exact terms will be displayed during checkout.

9. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Our cancellation policy is detailed in the booking terms and conditions. We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
