The Retreat is a newly developed first-floor one-bedroom apartment in West Pentire, Crantock, offering a large private sea-view sun terrace with uninterrupted coastal views. Designed for couples, it comfortably accommodates two guests. A complimentary cream tea awaits on arrival, free Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and dogs are welcome. Guests also benefit from a dedicated parking space and access to the on-site leisure facilities, including the heated indoor swimming pool and tennis court.
Living
The apartment features a bright and airy living area seamlessly connected to its private sea-view sun terrace, providing a perfect space to relax, enjoy a morning coffee, or watch the sunset. Original features from the former Crantock Bay Spa are incorporated into the design, including a stunning fireplace, adding character and warmth for cosy evenings.
Eating
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, with space to dine indoors. Guests can also enjoy dining or relaxing on the private sun terrace, taking in the spectacular sea views.
Sleeping
The Retreat features one well-appointed bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with freestanding bath and large walk-in shower, providing privacy and comfort for two guests. All bed linen and towels, including tea towels, are provided (please bring your own beach/swimming towels).

A short drive brings you to Holywell Bay, known for its dramatic twin islets and wide open sands, or Fistral Beach in Newquay, the UK’s surf capital. Location & Directions
If you’re coming by car, leave the A30 at the junction for Newquay and follow the A392 towards the town. Continue until you reach the large junction near Morrisons supermarket and take the A3075 towards Redruth. After about a mile, turn right at the sign for Crantock. Drive through the village and follow the signs to West Pentire. Crantock Bay Holidays is at the far end of West Pentire, overlooking Crantock Beach.
For those arriving by train, the nearest station is Newquay (around 5 miles away), with taxis available for the short journey.
Newquay Airport is around a 25-minute drive, with taxis and car hire available at the terminal.
