Cormorant is a spacious four-bedroom ground-floor property perched on the stunning West Pentire headland, part of the South West Coast Path, with breathtaking views stretching over Goose Rock to the Newquay coastline. Accommodating up to eight guests, it’s ideal for families or groups seeking a stylish coastal retreat. Dogs are very welcome (up to two, free of charge). Guests enjoy free access to Crantock Bay Leisure Club, which includes a heated indoor pool, spa bath, and tennis court. A private rear lawned garden with seating, patio, fire pit, and charcoal BBQ adds outdoor living space.

Living

The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for eight, and a comfortable sitting area with a Smart TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Central heating ensures year-round comfort. Patio doors lead to the rear garden, providing seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Eating

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. Guests can dine indoors or enjoy meals outdoors in the rear garden on the table for eight, or gather around the built-in seating area with fire pit. A charcoal BBQ is also provided for alfresco cooking.

Sleeping

Cormorant has four bedrooms: two king-size doubles (one with en-suite shower, basin, and WC) and two twin rooms with zip-and-link beds that can be converted into super king-size beds on request. The property includes a family bathroom with roll-top bath, separate power shower, basin, and WC, plus an additional shower room and WC. Travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Location & Directions

Coming off the A3075, take the sign post to Crantock & West Pentire. Stay on West Pentire Road until you get into West Pentire. You will find Crantock Bay Apartments on your RHS, and the Bowgie Inn straight ahead. Take the road round to the left and then turn right onto a dirt track, signposted to Porth (Polly) Joke Beach.

Cormorant can be found on the RHS before you get to the five bar gate.
