A deposit of £50 per adult is required to confirm a reservation.

Reservations are from 1:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:00am on the day of departure.

Dogs are welcome EXCEPT in the public rooms. If dogs sleep in their owner's bedrooms a daily valeting charge of £5 per dog will apply. Meals can be provided on request from £3 daily.

When making a reservation, please let us know if you will be bringing a dog.

These are Double and Twin rooms situated on the first and second floors, with sea views.

Situated on the lower ground floor. These Double and Twin rooms have patio doors leading onto the lawn, and a sea view.

These are smaller Double bedded and Single rooms. Situated on the first floor.

These are mostly smaller Single bedded rooms situated on the first and second floors but do not have a sea view.

Visitors requesting a DOUBLE/TWIN ROOM to be used as a SINGLE may be charged a 50% supplement.

Children are especially welcome at Crantock Bay Hotel. When reserving accommodation for children please state their age on the date of arrival.

High Tea is served from 5:00pm - 5:45pm for young children.

Alternatively children are very welcome to join their parents in The Restaurant, where they can choose from The Table d'hote or Children's menus.

In Low and Mid Season, children under 12 years who share their parents' accommodation will stay entirely FREE OF CHARGE.
Children over 12 will be charged at the full adult rate.

It is regretted that no allowance can be made for meals not taken or for rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.

Guests are reminded of their liability to a cancellation fee; this is normally two-thirds of the tariff. Every effort is made to re-let accommodation, but we very strongly recommend that Holiday Cancellation Insurance Cover be obtained. Please ask for details.
