Chef de Partie
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team, to assist our Head Chef and Sous Chef, in a family run café/bar/bistro on the North coast of Cornwall. Experience of working with fresh local ingredients and presenting dishes to a high standard is essential, as well as being able to work as part of a team and individually. In-house training will be given.
Full time hours from Easter onwards.
Must be able to drive due to remote location.
Free use of leisure club.
Position available until the end of the summer although weekend work would be available all year round.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team who has experience of working with fresh, local ingredients. We serve café style dishes during the day with daily specials, followed by a more sophisticated menu in the evenings. Experience in cake baking would be an advantage.
This position is all year round with 40 hours spread over 3 1/2 days.
Wages: £10 per hour.
Start date: Tuesday 2nd May 2017.
Free use of the indoor heated pool and all weather tennis court too.
Must be able to drive, due to remote location.
