We take great pride in researching and selecting high quality West Country produce for use in our kitchens. This includes the freshest fish from Newlyn, Crantock Bay shellfish, freshly reared Zelah beef, local cheeses, specially made Crantock Bay sausages, plus herbs and vegetables grown in seasonal rotation within half a mile of the hotel. With these first class ingredients our team produces imaginative and varied daily menus including some great vegetarian choices.
Our breakfast menu offers a wide choice and you can choose to dine in the restaurant, on the sun terrace, or in your room if you prefer. Morning coffee is provided; lunch offers a variety of mouthwatering dishes - or a picnic if required, and afternoon tea can include homemade scones and thick Cornish clotted cream. Children's high teas are available every day.
Naturally we cater for all dietary requirements and offer special menus for the youngest members of the family, with the option of early children's suppers.
